From its beginning, the Camp Ground has been supported financially by the gifts of those who attend the annual meetings. In addition, many families of departed Salem campers
request donations to the Camp Ground in lieu of flowers.
In 1939 Salem Camp Ground was incorporated and an interdenominational Board of Trustees established. The trustees serve without compensation so that all funds are channeled
directly into the upkeep of buildings and grounds and to cover expenses of the annual program.
You can make donations during the worship services throughout the week to support the mission of the Camp Ground.
You can also donate to The Salem Endowment--an endowment fund established in 1981 to provide perpetual support for the campground for years to come. Gifts to the endowment
are invested and only the interest is used for upkeep and capital improvements.
Gifts to the endowment of $1000 or more are published each year and may be made in honor or memory of a loved one (only one person or couple may be listed per $1000 gift).
All gifts to Salem are tax deductible; tax exempt number 23-7452506.
