Salem is a place where the traditions of the past meet the present. It's a place where faith, fellowship, and family are more than taglines in mission statements. It's a place that many call their 'spiritual home'. We'd love for Salem to be your home as well.
Join us Friday, July 8th - Friday, July 15th, 2016 at the historic Salem Campground in Covington, Georgia for our 188th campmeeting.
Founded in 1828, Salem Campmeeting is one of the oldest existing, thriving camp meetings in the nation. The interdenominational camp meeting is a place of peace, where worship, reunion and spiritual renewal can be found. Friends and families return annually and participate in a variety of activities for children, students, and adults.
Come on out for a worship service that'll feel like old time religion underneath The Tabernacle, a home cooked meal at the Salem hotel, one of our Bible classes for all ages, or for a stroll on the grounds where God has been worshipped and the faithful have gathered for generations past.
